River focuses much of his practice on business operations permits, as well as pharmacy and pharmacy-facility related licensing. In addition, River assists in all aspects of national liquor licensing.
While in law school, River was the Student Manager of the Urban Development Practicum, providing clinical legal services to indigent and underserved members of the Pittsburgh community, and was an active member of the Trial Advocacy program. River clerked for Flaherty & O’Hara for one-and-a-half years before joining as a full-time attorney.
