David’s efforts at Flaherty & O’Hara are wide ranging, including support for both National and Pennsylvania based alcohol manufacturers. David helps manufacturing clients navigate complex regulatory frameworks when entering new markets and in national product launches. In addition, David works on multi-state transactions and compliance matters involving hotels, airlines, and common carriers as well as Pennsylvania license transfers and acquisitions.
