Carla focuses primarily on Pennsylvania licensing matters for the retail tier of the alcohol industry.
While pursuing her undergraduate and graduate degrees, Carla was a Pathways Intern with the U.S. Department of Labor. Prior to attending law school, Carla worked in corporate food safety and quality assurance for a supermarket chain with a focus on FDA and USDA regulatory compliance matters.
