Flaherty & O’Hara partners R.J. O’Hara and Kaitlynd Kruger, along with associate Ellen Freeman, attended the National Conference of State Liquor Administrators. The event was held at the Seelbach Hilton in Louisville, Kentucky from June 16th – 19th.
R.J. O’Hara was invited to participate in one of the panels, “Facing the Reality of the ‘New Normal’ of the Federal Regulator – TTB Past, Present, and Future”, where he shared the firm’s past and present experiences with the TTB and his thoughts on the impact of recent funding.
