Flaherty & O’Hara is pleased to have sponsored, attended and been a trade show participant in, and honored to have been invited to be a presenter at the annual conference of the National Association of Licensing & Compliance Professionals (NALCP or “Nalcap”) held in Denver, CO. October 15-18, 2019. R.J. O’Hara was a panel member discussing the ramifications of the U.S. Supreme Court Tennessee Retailers Association case, and several Flaherty & O’Hara partners and paralegals attended and manned our trade show booth. It was a very successful, well attended and lively conference and trade show.
