In News by Flaherty & O'Hara

Flaherty & O’Hara attorneys and staff are working from home in response to the coronavirus. Although we aren’t physically in our offices, we have remote access and procedures in place to ensure our business continues to be fully functional. Our focus remains keeping our employees safe, while maximizing our ability to meet our clients’ needs without interruption.

As we navigate this unprecedented event alongside our hospitality and beverage industry partners, we’re providing up-to-date information on topics such as:

  • Procedures for temporarily suspended operations at restaurants, hotels, stadiums and other venues
  • Changing requirements for delivery, takeout and curbside service of food and beverages
  • Extended deadlines with regard to hearings, inspections, and license renewals

We’ll continue to offer our clients the tools and resources needed to respond to this rapidly changing landscape.
